THE PROCESS:
Strategic planning is essential to maintaining a strong, healthy, vibrant organization. On a regular basis an organization should step back and assess not only the work that is being done in your projects, but why it's being done and for whom.
As an organization it is important to ask:
- Is what we're doing still relevant?
- Do the products and services being delivered by our projects align with the needs of our clients and with the reality of the current environment?
- Is everyone, from senior management to staff to clients aligned with our vision, mission, goals and values?
A proper strategic planning process helps organizations address these questions. It is essential to know if you are on-track and meeting the requirements of your critical clients throughout the project lifecycle. Leaving it to just manage the triple constraint may not create the overall success required by the corporation.
The Design
- We start with interviews with key decision-makers. We highlight the critical forces at play and bring to the surface the issues and constraints facing the organization.
- We support consultations with management, stakeholders and key staff to help build critical alignment towards your vision.
